If the order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to modify or cancel it, but you may still be eligible for a return or exchange depending on our return policy.

Shipping & Delivery
At FaltuStore, we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. This is the most economical option.
Rush Shipping – For faster delivery, you can choose our express option, which delivers within 2-3 business days.
We partner with reliable carriers and provide tracking information for all orders. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic orders: Usually arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
No, we currently do not offer international shipping. At the moment, we only ship to locations within India. Please check back in the future for updates as we expand our shipping options.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time through the courier’s website. If you encounter any issues or need assistance with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support team for help.
If you’re not available to receive your delivery, our courier will typically leave a delivery notice indicating that they attempted to deliver your package. Depending on the courier service, they may either:
Leave the Package at a Safe Location: Some couriers may leave the package in a safe place at your address (e.g., on the porch or with a neighbor).
Reschedule the Delivery: The courier may attempt to redeliver the package on a different day. You can often contact them to arrange a more convenient time.
Hold for Pickup: Your package may be taken to a nearby facility or post office for you to collect at your convenience. You will receive instructions on how to pick it up.
If you anticipate being unavailable during the delivery period, we recommend providing a delivery instruction during checkout, or contacting the courier service directly to arrange for an alternative delivery option.
Returns: How-To
- We offer 5 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
- Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund or return would not be initiated.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to get reflected in your bank account.

No, we do not have any products that cannot be returned or exchanged. All items can be returned or exchanged as long as they adhere to our return and exchange policy.
